Get In Shape

At Ladies' Fitness Center of Pittsboro, LLC, we welcome women of all fitness levels, ages, shapes, and sizes! We offer over 25 weekly classes, as well as individual and small group personal training to help you stay motivated, energized, and working towards your fitness goals. Our facility is open 24 hours for members with access to Cybex, LifeFitness, and Nautilus cardio and resistance training equipment. Our nationally certified trainers and instructors provide dynamic workouts geared to coach and challenge you at every fitness level.

Wohoo! We are OPEN with classes, at 75% capacity, although we stay well below that percentage, in our large open space. Please wear a mask, clean before and after equipment use, and feel free to bring any of your own equipment. Check out our current schedule under the "schedule" tab.

Virtual Fitness Options:

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are now offering a hybrid of online, outdoor, and indoor classes to keep our members healthy and active. The doors to LFC are NOW OPEN. We are taking safety guidelines seriously, but we will NOT be deterred in our efforts to provide fitness, fun, and friendship for our members. We are filming Live on LFC Virtual Fitness Facebook page and saving those workouts so they can be used any time. These classes are included in all current LFC memberships or $10/class for non-members and guests. Short term online memberships are also available for $40/month, if you are not a member but would like to take part in these classes during this challenging time. Please let us know if you have any questions or would like to receive updates regarding online classes. The current schedule for our Live classes is posted under the "schedule" tab at the top of this web page.

Sweat, strengthen, and stretch! We have a full schedule of classes to help you improve in all areas of fitness. Cycle, boot camp, mat pilates, sculpt, yoga, Zumba, and barrefusion are just a few of your options.

We have fun while we work! Many friendships are formed through fitness. Enjoy our casual, non-intimidating atmosphere and the support of our members, instructors, and trainers. You may actually smile and laugh while you sweat!
